Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 1st, 2026

Boost USA (“Boost USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information we handle through our websites, applications, software, browser extensions, and related services.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we may access or collect, how we use and protect that information, when we may share it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Access and Collect

We only access information that is necessary for the functionality of the applicable service.
Our browser extensions do not access general web browsing activity, personal files, or content outside the websites for which they are specifically authorized.

2. How We Use Information

We use information we access or collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services.
  • Process and review business reports, images, and related information.

We do not use information accessed through our services for advertising purposes, and we do not sell such information to data brokers.

3. Browser Extensions

Our browser extensions may operate as an overlay on authorized business websites to provide functionality directly within those websites.

For example, the QA Agent extension may read report text, photographs, and related information displayed on authorized LC360 pages to perform quality-assurance checks and display findings to the user.

The extension does not modify, edit, or submit information back to the underlying system unless such functionality is explicitly described for a particular extension.

The QA Agent extension is authorized to operate on the following host patterns:

  • https://qagent.dhaninfo.ai/*

The extension does not request access to websites outside its authorized functionality.

4. Data Processing and Storage

Information processed through our services is transmitted only to servers operated by Boost USA and its authorized development partner, DhanInfo, where applicable.

For the QA Agent service, photographs, report information, and audit-log information are not sent to third-party AI or large-language-model providers for processing.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet business and operational requirements, resolve disputes, maintain audit records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

For QA Agent, photo, report, and audit-log data may be retained for up to two (2) years from the date of collection, after which it is deleted or securely destroyed.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent information accessed through our services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may interact with third-party systems or platforms where necessary to provide functionality requested by our clients.

Where third-party services are involved, their own privacy policies and terms may apply. We do not sell or provide client data to third parties for advertising or data-broker purposes.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding information associated with you, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is processed.
